Visitors can choose from a rental fleet of over 200 firearms or experience the ultimate thrill with the Class III Experience, featuring over 20 full-auto machine guns such as the H&K MP5, IMI Uzi, M4 variants, Galil SAR, G36, Thompson M1, Tippmann M4-22, FN 249, Barrett 240LW, and Browning 1919. To support shooters of all levels, the Heritage Guild Training Academy offers a comprehensive educational curriculum. Taught by certified professionals, courses range from Handgun 101 through Advanced Defensive Handgun Strategies, USCCA Concealed Carry, NRA-certified courses including RSO and Basic Instructor Training, NJ CCW Qualification for residents and non-residents, Advanced Holster Work, and USA Archery certified beginner archery and crossbow courses. The facility also provides complete on-site services, including certified full-service gunsmithing and bowsmithing, professional FFL transfers, and a firearms buying/trade-in program for single pieces, estates, and collections. Monday through Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm. Final range check-in is one hour and 15 minutes before closing. First-time visitors should arrive at least 1.5 hours before closing to complete paperwork and watch the safety video.

Heritage Guild has three distinct indoor firearms ranges and one archery range. The main firearms range has 15 lanes at 50 feet and accommodates rifles up to 7.62x39. The rifle range has 6 lanes at 75 feet and accommodates rifles up to .30-06 non-magnum. The tactical range has 8 lanes at 75 feet. The indoor archery range is 10 yards. That is 29 total shooting lanes plus the archery range. All ranges are climate-controlled with HEPA filtration.
Public range time is $25 per person per hour. Minors sharing a port with a parent or guardian pay $10 per hour. Eye and ear protection rental is $10. Firearm rental is $20 for the first gun with additional firearms at $12 each. Ammunition must be purchased on-site when using rental firearms. The range is first-come first-served. Lane reservations are available with a $100 deposit per lane. Up to 3 people may share one port with only one person shooting at a time.
Yes. Heritage Guild has over 200 firearms available for rental at $20 for the first gun and $12 for each additional. The Class III Experience features over 20 full-auto machine guns. Standard machine guns are $50 each and include the H&K MP5, IMI Uzi, M4 variants in both 10-inch and 16-inch barrels, Galil SAR, G36, Thompson M1, and Tippmann M4-22 in .22 LR. Premium machine guns are $85 each and include the FN 249, Barrett 240LW, and Browning 1919. Each additional person per machine gun is $20. Belted ammunition for belt-fed guns runs $65 to $85 per belt of 50 rounds. Machine gun rental includes the firearm, range time, eye and ear protection, targets, and one-on-one RSO instruction. Children age 10 and older are welcome on the firearms range when accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. For archery the minimum age is 8. Renters must be 21 or older for handguns and 18 or older for long guns unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors cannot use machine guns. Minors ages 10 to 17 must have a parent or guardian present on the range at all times including during classes.
On the 50-foot range handguns of all calibers up to .500 S&W and rifles up to 7.62x39 are permitted. On the 75-foot rifle range calibers up to .30-06 non-magnum are permitted. Shotguns are allowed with buck or slug only - no birdshot and no pistol-grip-only shotguns. No armor-piercing, tracer, steel-core, incendiary, or black powder ammunition is allowed. Personal ammunition is allowed for personal firearms. Rental firearms require Heritage Guild-purchased ammo.
No. Drawing from hip or holster is not permitted on the general range. All firearms must arrive and leave in a case or holster and may not be uncased or unholstered until at the firing port. Heritage Guild Training Academy does offer an Advanced Holster Work course where drawing from holster is taught under instructor supervision.
First-time visitors must complete an information form, sign an insurance waiver, and watch a safety video. These can all be completed online before arriving which is recommended. You must also present a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID. The waiver must be renewed annually or if it has been over one year since your last visit. Arrive at least 1.5 hours before closing if completing paperwork on site.
Heritage Guild offers five membership tiers for individuals and families ranging from $19.99 to $64.99 per month or $199 to $649 per year. Monthly plans require a one-time $25 initiation fee. Annual memberships have no activation fee. Named tiers include Freedom Stars and Freedom Stripes with LE/Military Loyalty Club options for retired and active-duty law enforcement and military with valid ID. Benefits include unlimited range time, priority lane access, up to 6% storewide discounts, up to 3 free handgun rentals per visit, discounts on Training Academy courses, free or discounted guest passes, and reduced transfer fees. Freedom Stars and LE/Military members pay $40 per transfer. Freedom Stripes members pay $24.99. Family memberships are limited to immediate household members and children up to age 25 sharing the same port. Cancellation requires 30-day written notice.

Yes. Private firearms lessons for one person are $100 per hour and include a dedicated instructor, range port, two firearm rentals, and eye and ear protection. Semi-private firearms lessons for 2 to 3 people are $150 per hour with the same inclusions. Ammunition, targets, and additional rentals are extra. Private archery lessons for one person are $65 per hour and semi-private archery lessons for 2 to 3 people are $85 to $100 per hour including instructor, archery lane, training bows, arrows, and safety gear. Reservations are accepted and preferred.
Yes. Heritage Guild has an 1,800-square-foot event center with seating for over 100 guests, conference rooms, and access to preferred caterers. They host corporate team-building, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and charity fundraisers. Themed shooting packages include The Gangster/Mobster with 1920s-era firearms and full-auto Thompson, SEAL Team Challenge with team competition using military-style firearms, Hole-in-One progressive caliber PAR 6 course from .22 to AR-15, Rev It Up action-packed hour from 9mm to full-auto machine guns, Zombie Slayer with zombie targets, Walking Dead crossbow event, and Hunger Games archery event. Yes. Heritage Guild provides full-service gunsmithing and bowsmithing with certified armorers at the Easton location. A full-time dedicated gunsmith is stationed at the Rahway NJ location. Projects can be dropped off at Easton and transported to Rahway for service as needed. Services include repairs, compliance work, and armorer services. Standard firearm transfers are $75 per firearm. NFA item transfers are $100 per item. Person-to-person transfers are $75 for the buyer. Members receive discounted rates: Freedom Stars and LE/Military Loyalty Club members pay $40 per transfer, Freedom Stripes members pay $24.99 per transfer. For transfers from other FFLs have the transferring FFL email their license and your contact information to transfers@heritageguild.com. Allow 24 hours for processing after arrival before pickup.
Yes. Heritage Guild has a dedicated 10-yard indoor archery range. The minimum age for archery is 8 years old. Permitted equipment includes longbows, recurve bows, compound bows, and crossbows with minimum 75 lb draw weight. Pistol-style crossbows are prohibited. Only target and field points are allowed with no hunting-style broadheads. A Beginner Archery Course taught by USA Archery certified instructors is required before independently renting Heritage Guild archery equipment with all equipment provided and a certificate upon completion. A Beginner Crossbow Course is required before using any crossbow. Private archery lessons are $65 per hour and semi-private lessons for 2 to 3 people are $85 to $100 per hour. Call ahead on weekends as the archery range may be closed for classes or events.

All three firearms ranges are fully climate-controlled with state-of-the-art HEPA air filtration and laminar airflow providing a smoke-free shooting environment.
