Shady Oaks Gun Range is Cedar Park's premier indoor shooting facility - open since April 2014 with 16 climate-controlled lanes spanning 25-yard pistol and 50-yard rifle distances, advanced HEPA-filtered ventilation, ballistic lane partitions, and some of the best acoustics of any Austin-area indoor range. A unique suppressor rental program featuring SilencerCo, Texas Silencer Company, and YHM suppressors lets recoil and noise-sensitive shooters enjoy no-earmuffs events and sessions. An outdoor field archery range with 3D targets at 10, 20, and 40 yards adds a second discipline. NRA-certified instruction, Texas LTC classes, Basic Firearm Safety, Permitless Carry, shooting leagues, and an ADA-compliant facility round out the most complete range experience in the Cedar Park and North Austin corridor.
